If you choose to complete an assessment (such as Gallup Access, VIA, Soul Test, or any other personality or strengths tool), please note:

  • These assessments are hosted by external companies with their own privacy policies and terms of service.
  • I am not responsible for how those websites collect, store, or manage your data.
  • Before completing any assessment, please read their privacy and terms carefully.
  • Once you decide to share your results with me, I will only use that information for coaching purposes and keep it strictly confidential.

You always remain the owner of your data. You can withdraw access or delete shared reports anytime directly through the assessment platform.

4. Confidentiality & Ethics

As a professional coach, I follow the ethical standards and confidentiality principles of both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

That means:

  • Everything shared in sessions stays private,
  • Notes and reflections are kept secure,
  • No information will ever be disclosed without your explicit consent.

If you ever wish for your personal details or notes to be deleted or destroyed, simply send an email request to:
